Ophthalmology is the branch of medicine that deals with the anatomy, physiology and diseases of the eye. An ophthalmologist is a specialist in medical and surgical eye problems. Ophthalmology includes sub-specialities which deal either with certain diseases or diseases of certain parts of the eye.

Vatsalya Arogya Dham’s ophthalmologists and cardiovascular surgeons believe in the value of accurate diagnosis in achieving effective treatment. The team is equipped with a wide range of diagnostic tools and tests with which to identify ocular disorders. The procedural treatments performed by our team of ophthalmological surgeons are designed to be minimally invasive and as safe as possible.

The team of highly experienced Ophthalmologists in a modern set-up perform various services like Phacoemulsification (Sutureless Cataract Surgery), YAG laser (for after cataract and glaucoma), Green laser (for diabetic and retinal eye diseases), Automated Perimetry, (For Glaucoma and Neurological visual Field), Applanation Tonometry for Glaucoma, Glaucoma surgery, Squint Surgery, etc. The results of all procedures match the international standards.
